Teams Of 4 (2 Guys, 2 Girls), $40 buy in per team ($10 each)
This will be a performance based challenge, there will be 3 baseline scores from our workout of the day on January 12th and 13th. The winning team will be the one that makes the most improvement across all 3 baselines when we redo the workouts on February 16th and 17th. The workouts will be individual and the scores will be combined.
Starting on January 5th we will open sign ups. To sign up we will need a team name, all 4 team members’ names, and $40 cash before you are officially signed up.
If you would like to be on a team and have not been able to find three others we will have a list on the board at both gyms in order to create complete teams.
Our goal with this challenge is to help motivate our community as a whole to understand the role, eating real food in balanced portions can have on performance in and out of the gym, as well as on your overall health and fitness. By working as a team you will have a new level of accountability. The team is only as strong as the weakest link.
Eat clean, be in the gym consistently, motivate your team, and walk away with the cash prize.
