Cole was brought in to CF760 by his baseball coach back in June. The main goal was to bring Cole up to his true athtletic potential. In just 6 months he has far surpassed any and all excpectations we had for him, and he continues to progress everyday. His work ethic and dedication to CrossFit are far beyond his age. Cole we love having you in the gym, keep doing what you are doing and you will continue to excel as an athlete/CrossFitter. Watch out for this kid by the time he gets to high school.
