Changing Lives at CrossFit 760
We’re two brothers (Scott and Casey Parlett), that had a vision that CrossFit was going to change the world. So we set out to create our first gym in 2010 in Carlsbad, California. As of 2018, we’ve grown to 4 locations and several business customers as well.
As a fully equipped and expertly staffed CrossFit gyms (referred to as a”box”) we provide group and individual coaching utilizing CrossFit methodology. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (running, jumping, throwing, pushing pulling, squatting, lifting) executed at high intensity. All of our training is conducted in a professional environment led and assisted by a knowledgeable coaching staff, among a supportive and diverse community.
Our mission is to always coach our classes with honesty, lead our community with integrity and provide our members with consistent results in order to help them reach their fitness goals and maximize their athletic potential.
Our Community Is Our Priority
Everything you see and experience at CrossFit 760 is a direct result of the fitness goals and efforts of our community of athletes. From our programming to our facility, we are constantly evaluating and upgrading our approach in order to better serve our members every time they train with us. The athletes in our community come from several different walks of life, including members of our military special forces, full-time moms, doctors, lawyers, police officers, fire fighters, business executives, elite athletes and retired grandparents. Regardless of your background or current fitness level, we welcome you to come in and enjoy the benefits of training with the coaching staff and community of athletes at CrossFit 760.
What You Can Expect
At CrossFit 760, every workout you do will be led by a professional coach and comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life and sports. We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in your daily activities. Our program aims to improve your work capacity in CrossFit’s ten recognized fitness domains:
- cardio-respiratory endurance
Our programming is constantly varied so that you will rarely do the same workout twice in any given year, meaning you won’t get bored when you train with us. We program all of our workouts so that they are scaled to any level of fitness, ensuring they are challenging and rewarding yet still manageable for every one of our members. Our workouts are rarely longer than 50 minutes and are scheduled throughout the day, allowing them to fit into even the busiest schedules.
